Ingredients
- 1 whole-grain tortilla
- 4 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Lay the whole-grain tortilla flat on a clean surface.
